The approach

What is Neuro-Linguistic Programming?

NLP is a personal development and communication approach that explores the connection between how we think (neuro), how we communicate through language (linguistic), and the behaviours and habits we develop over time (programming). In simple terms, it helps people understand how their thoughts, language, and behaviours influence the way they experience life.

Sometimes, limiting beliefs, fears, or repeated patterns can hold us back without us fully understanding why. NLP techniques help people recognise these patterns, develop greater self-awareness, and create more positive ways of thinking and responding.

Why people seek support

  • Build confidence and self-belief
  • Overcome limiting beliefs and self-doubt
  • Improve communication and relationships
  • Manage stress and emotional challenges
  • Gain clarity, motivation, and focus
  • Develop healthier patterns of thinking and behaviour
  • Feel more comfortable and confident being themselves

The aim is not to change who you are — it is to help you become more aligned with the person you want to be.

My approach

A safe, practical space to move forward

My approach is supportive, practical, and tailored to the individual. I provide a safe, non-judgemental space where you can explore challenges, better understand yourself, and develop practical tools to support positive change.

Whether you are feeling stuck, struggling with confidence, navigating personal challenges, or simply wanting to grow, I am passionate about helping people reconnect with who they truly are and feel confident in being themselves.

About me

A whole-person approach to growth

Ms Tina Sidhu

Since 2018, I have been working as a Neuro-Linguistic Practitioner, supporting people to better understand themselves, overcome limiting beliefs, and create meaningful, lasting change in their lives.

I hold a degree in Business and Sociology, which gives me a strong foundation in understanding both human behaviour and real-world systems. My studies in sociology deepened my understanding of how people think, behave, and relate to one another, while my background in business strengthened my insight into communication, motivation, decision-making, and goal-setting. Together, these help me view each client as a whole person — shaped by both internal thought patterns and external influences.

I work with both children and adults. As an NLP4Kids practitioner, I help children and young people build confidence, manage worries and feel good about who they are, using approaches suited to their age.

I am passionate about helping people build confidence, gain clarity, and feel empowered to be themselves.

I believe that everyone has the ability to grow, overcome obstacles, and live more authentically.

Good to know

Questions, answered

Do I need to know anything about NLP beforehand?
Not at all. I’ll guide you through everything — all you need to bring is a willingness to explore.
How many sessions will I need?
It varies. Some people come for a specific challenge over a few sessions; others prefer ongoing support. We’ll find the rhythm that works for you.
Do you work with children?
Yes — I work with children, young people and adults. I’m a trained NLP4Kids practitioner, and for younger clients we’ll agree together how best to involve a parent or carer.
How much do sessions cost?
The first 30-minute phone chat is free. A 60-minute session is £150 and a 90-minute session is £170.
What if none of the times suit me?
My regular times are Saturdays 12pm–5pm and Sundays 9am–1pm. If those don’t work for you, get in touch and I’ll see what else I can offer.
Are sessions confidential?
Completely. Everything we discuss stays private, within a safe and non-judgemental space.
Do you offer online sessions?
Yes. Online sessions are on Zoom. I also see people face to face across Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Surrey, depending on distance — choose whichever feels most comfortable for you.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Yes. Your confirmation email has a link to move or cancel your session, free of charge, up to 24 hours before. After that, just send me an email.
What can NLP help with?
Confidence, limiting beliefs, stress, communication, motivation and clarity — among many other things. If you’re unsure, just ask.
