Who we are
Better Mind Coaching provides one-to-one neuro-linguistic coaching. For anything to do with your personal information, email info@bettermindcoaching.co.uk.
What we collect
When you book a session, we receive your name, your email address, the session and time you chose, whether you’d like to meet in person or online, and, if you give them, your phone number and a short note about what you’d like to focus on. Please don’t include health or medical details in that note.
When you send an enquiry through the contact form, we receive your name, your email address and your message. If you email us directly, we receive whatever you include in that email.
We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies on this website.
How we use it
We only use your details to reply to your enquiry, to confirm and remind you about sessions you book, and, if you choose to work together, to arrange and deliver your sessions. Our lawful basis is your request to be contacted, and then the agreement we make to provide coaching. We never sell your information or use it for marketing without asking you first.
Who else handles it
- Resend sends booking confirmations and reminders, and delivers contact form messages to our inbox.
- A secure database host stores bookings.
- IONOS provides our email.
- Vercel hosts this website and keeps standard server logs.
- Google Fonts supplies the typeface, so your browser connects to Google when the page loads.
Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, they rely on recognised safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Booking details are removed automatically 12 months after the session. We delete enquiries that don’t lead to coaching within 12 months. If we work together, we keep your records for as long as needed to provide your sessions and meet our legal obligations, and then delete them securely.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Email us and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
